1.1 Products Eligible for Return: We accept returns for blue light blocking glasses purchased from Blue Light Defense Store (“Products”). To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.2 Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at daniellemc932@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.

2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the Product.

3. Return Shipping

3.1 Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect Product).

3.2 Packaging: Please ensure that the Product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
